Intellectual Property

In order for us to provide you with the optimum conditions for learning, growing and maximizing your experience, we require all participants to agree to the terms and conditions set forth below regarding our proprietary intellectual property and work product, including certain copyrighted materials, used in this Program.

Where we reference “IP” in this agreement, it means any and all Program materials, including without limitation, documents, case studies, personalized conversations, advice, presentations, slides, reports, surveys, images, videos, photographs, simulations, exercises, and audio and video content, and any other written or media application and/or Program material provided or made available to you before, during or after the Program as a result of your participation in the Program, but excluding basic meditation instruction.

By participating in our events, you agree that you shall not share, distribute, deliver, reproduce, publicly reference, monetize, present, or otherwise disclose via written, verbal or visual media any of the IP in whole or in part, without our explicit prior written approval in each instance.

You acknowledge and agree that our IP shall not be used by you, directly or indirectly, for any purpose other than your development in connection with the Program as set forth above, without our explicit, prior written approval.

Cookies

If you were to leave a comment on our site you may be able to opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
