Our offering for the Regenerative Connections™ Series includes 3 workshops, each building on the previous.

The 3 workshops can be taken as a series, or each one as a standalone experience.

The Series will combine lecture, discussion, and experiential exercises that integrate Eastern and Western psychologies.

We will draw on current findings in neuroscience along with transformative practices and principles from cognitive therapy, attachment theory, and Eastern psychologies.
